The Founding Company was established in 1996, and Neisoft eBusiness Inc. operating today as Neisoft, is a privately held company with the head office located in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. Neisoft is a SaaS (software-as-a-service) company providing web-based or hosted software products to organizations of all sizes across North America. As a technology based company we understand the importance of customer service & retention and we attribute our survival and success after the dot-com crash to current.

In 2000, we launched a simple email blasting software that over the years, grew into a full featured email marketing platform used by agencies and marketers across North America.  Clickback is now one of the leading opt-in ESP’s or Email Service Providers in North America with clientele such as the Conservative Party of Canada and the State of Nebraska Tourism Board.

Our second web-based software offering is Business on Track (BOT), providing enterprises of all sizes with a secure, modular and hosted software solution for their business data.  BOT centralizes business data, also referred to as Business Information Management (BIM).   Additionally it streamlines how data moves through your organization, also referred to as Business Process Management (BPM). Simply put, it provides access to your customer and business data securely through a web browser, from anywhere in the world.

Our third and newest software offering is called Email2Leads which provides a range of B2B email solutions.  Email2Leads is the World's first BP-ESP or Business Prospecting Email Service Provider that excusively offers businesses the ability to send relevant but not opted-in emails to other businesses.  Additionally, Email2Leads is a industry leader at providing professional List Validation and Permission Pass email list services for marketing departments.
